EXCHANGES
We hope you love all your MADEL purchases but we understand that sometimes it just don’t work out, whether it be size or style. In this case of events we will happily provide you with an exchange of same amount for a different size or style (excluding shipping costs), as long as your exchange meets our requirements.
A tip from us, make sure you check over the size guide and ask questions if you are unsure. Before you checkout, so you know exactly what you will receive. We want to help you get the best fit possible so if you are unsure, send us a message!
Keep in mind ALL sale items and GIFT CARDS are NOT eligible for any exchange.
Items must be exchanged back to us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in original condition (unwashed,unworn, and unaltered).
Please take good care when trying on items as the exchange may be affected due to makeup stains, tan, perfume and body lotion etc.
Items must have all tags still attached.

Lastly MADEL is not liable for any loss or damage of items in RETURN (EXCHANGE) delivery. We ask you keep proof of postage/trace delivery for best outcome. By placing an order with MADEL, you are RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ORIGINAL, EXCHANGE SEND BACK SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES.
