What is your return policy?

The item I want is out of stock, will I be notified when it comes back?

To be notified of any restocks, simply sign up for our newsletter or select a product with your desired size and send a personal email to the company. This will also help our team to gauge whether or not to restock the style for others to enjoy…so we would love you to let us know!
*be aware of seasonal/ small collections that will only have items until they sell out **

What currency will I be charged in?

All payments with MADEL are made through Canadian Dollars (CAD). Any currency conversion will be handled by your financial institution. If you have further questions contact your financial institution with any further questions.
We recommend using a currency converter (below) to determine an estimate in your local currency before placing an order at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, as we attempt to make items “made for you” and our daily order demands we are unable to cancel orders once placed.
 Please make sure you choose your items carefully and select the correct shipping before placing your order. We do have an exchange policy where we can swap out items for another product of same value if notified within 8hrs.

How do I pre-order an item?

Simply just shoot us an email or dm on social media, placing an “official” order with; exact product type, colour, size! Almost the same as you would a restock!

When will you have promotions/sales?

Yes, we love to treat our customers! If you love any or all pieces on our site as much as we do, we can understand why you wouldn’t want to miss out on a possible sale or promotional giveaway!
The best way to know if there’s a sale or promotion is to follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter as we have very exclusive deals!
 

I can’t get my discount to work what should I do?

First, make sure your promotional discount isn’t expired. Next, type it in the promo deal space at checkout, lastly if there any further issues contact us!
 

How to I properly compost my mailer/packaging?

Time to break it down (literally)!
  1. Remove any adhesives from your compostable mailer

    For best results, you will first need to remove any plastics from your compostable mailer. This includes any packaging tape, shipping labels and stickers.

    2. Compost it!

    If you have a home compost in your garden, you can stick your compostable mailer straight on the heap and leave it to do its thing. It’s as easy as that!

    3. No compost heap?

    If you do not have a compost heap, it could be a good idea to start one. Sites like Eartheasy and Gardening Know How offer great guides on how to compost and how to set up a compost heap - and it’s a lot easier than you might think!
